A 49-year-old man was robbed and shot in the neck Saturday night on the Far South Side.

He was walking with a 43-year-old woman around 7 p.m. in the 200 block of East 95th Street when a man with a gun walked up and demanded their things, according to the police, who said he tossed a bag to the robber, who shot him in the neck and ran away.

The man was being treated at Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, police said. No one was in custody Saturday night.
