A man was shot early Thursday in the Southwest Side Brighton Park neighborhood.

About 4:23 a.m., the 20-year-old was sitting in his parked vehicle in the 3000 block of West 39th when another vehicle pulled up and someone inside shot him in the arm, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition, police said.
