A man was shot in the left hand early Saturday in the West Englewood neighborhood on the South Side.

About 2:20 a.m., the 20-year-old was outside in the 5600 block of South Marshfield when someone opened fire from a passing white Pontiac, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Holy Cross Hospital in good condition. Police said the shooting likely was gang-related.

Two people were wounded in another shooting in the same neighborhood 20 minutes earlier.
