No suspects were taken into custody after a reported armed robbery Friday afternoon at a West Loop coffee shop.

The armed robbery was reported at 12:42 p.m. at a shop in the 500 block of West Lake, police said. A Dunkin’ Donuts is located on that block.

A SWAT team assisted with the police response after reports that the suspect may have been barricaded inside the building where the robbery occurred. However, there was no one barricaded and no suspect was located, police said.

No injuries were reported in the robbery.
