Bears receiver Kevin White was limited in practice Thursday because of a hamstring injury, coach John Fox said.
It was his first appearance on the Bears’ injury report. The rookie is slated to start his first game Sunday in Houston.
Predictably, when asked whether it was a mere tweak, coach John Fox said he wasn’t “a surgeon or doctor.”
“That’s hard to do, is put timelines on it,” he said. “Everybody’s different, everybody heals different. The severity of it is different. Rather than confusing a bunch of people, I just keep it basic”.
He was joined by guard Kyle Long (shoulder), cornerback Kyle Fuller (knee), receiver Deonte Thompson (ankle/knee), fullback Paul Lasike (wrist), Cornelius Washington (ankle/knee), Deon Bush (hamstring) and Bryce Callahan (groin).
