Lane closures are planned to accommodate bridge repairs Saturday morning on I-80 in southwest suburban Joliet.

The right lane of eastbound I-80 will be closed between Houbolt Road and Larkin Avenue in Joliet from midnight to 10 a.m. Saturday, according to the Illinois Department of Transportation.

The closures are required for IDOT to make routine repairs to the I-80 bridge over the EJ&E railroad tracks, the department said. Drivers should expect delays and allow extra travel time.
