A female had her phone stolen Tuesday afternoon while walking in the Loop.

It happened at 2:45 p.m. in the 100 block of North Michigan Avenue, according to Chicago Police.

The offender stole the phone from her hand and ran east toward Grant Park, police said.

The victim was not injured.
