A 20-year-old man was shot Tuesday night in the Northwest Side Albany Park neighborhood.

The shooting happened just before 8 p.m. in the 3900 block of West Montrose, according to Chicago Police.

The man was shot in the leg and taken to Swedish Covenant Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
