Man shot on Far South Side

A man was shot Thursday night in the Longwood Manor neighborhood on the Far South Side.

The 35-year-old was shot in the abdomen at 7:28 p.m. in the 10200 block of South Vincennes, according to preliminary information from Chicago Police.

He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was in good condition, police said.
