A man was shot late Tuesday in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side.

The 21-year-old was standing outside about 10:20 p.m. in the 400 block of West 119th Street when he heard gunfire and realized he’d been shot in the right leg, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
