A man was shot Monday night in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side.

Just after 7 p.m., the 19-year-old was sitting in a van parked in the 300 block of West Marquette when someone walked up and fired shots, Chicago Police said.

He was struckin the sideand taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in good condition, police said.
