A 23-year-old man was shot Friday afternoon in the Gresham neighborhood on the South Side.

He was walking down the street about 1 p.m. in the 7700 block of South Green when he heard shots and felt pain, according to Chicago Police.

He suffered a graze wound to the right leg and was taken to St. Bernard Hospital in good condition.
