A 19-year-old man was shot in the hand Tuesday evening in the Fuller Park neighborhood on the South Side.

It happened around 6:20 p.m. in the 300 block of West Garfield, and he drove himself to Stroger Hospital in good condition, according to Chicago Police.

Additional details weren’t immediately available.
