A 21-year-old man was seriously wounded in a shooting Saturday morning in the West Englewood neighborhood on the South Side.

He was walking about 9:15 a.m. in the 7200 block of South Paulina when two males shot him multiple times before running east on 72nd Street, according to Chicago Police.

The man suffered gunshot wounds to the abdomen and right arm and was taken in serious condition to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, police said.
