A man was critically wounded in a drive-by shooting Monday morning in the West Side Austin neighborhood.

The 28-year-old man was in the 5500 block of West North Avenue at 10:11 a.m. when a dark-colored sedan pulled up and someone inside fired shots, according to Chicago Police.

He was shot in the abdomen, palm and arm, and taken in critical condition to Mount Sinai Hospital, police said.
