A 29-year-old man was shot during an argument Thursday afternoon in south suburban Monee.

About 12:30 p.m., the man was shot in the 25500 block of South Cleveland Avenue, according to Monee police. He suffered a non-life-threatening leg wound and was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.

A silver pickup with out-of-state license plates was seen leaving the area after the shooting, police said. It is believed to have a bullet hole in the driver-side door.

Anyone with information should call Monee police or 911.
