A woman and three girls have been charged with forcing their way into a west suburban apartment Tuesday and attacking the person inside with a Taser.

Zuleydi Salgado, 20, was charged with one count of criminal trespass to residence, according to Glendale Heights police. Three girls were charged as juveniles, and their names were not released.

At 4:27 p.m. Tuesday, the four forcibly entered an apartment in the 1000 block of Spruce Street in Glendale Heights, and one of them took out a Taser/stun gun and attacked the person inside, police said.

After the attack, the suspects drove off in a black Nissan, police said. They were later found and taken into custody.

Salgado, a Glendale Heights resident, was taken to the DuPage County Jail to await a bond hearing.
