A 12-year-old girl who went missing Tuesday night from the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side has been located.

Natalie Guartan had last been seenabout 7 p.m. in the 800 block of North Hamlin Street, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

Police confirmed Wednesday afternoon that Guartan was found safe, but is being taken by her family to an area hospital for an evaluation, police said.
