A 23-year-old man was shot to death Monday night in the Back of the Yards neighborhood on the South Side.

Police responded at 10:10 p.m. to a call of a person shot in the 5400 block of South Bishop and found Arthur McGraw lying on the sidewalk, according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

McGraw was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he died at 10:52 p.m., authorities said. He lived in the same neighborhood.

About 10 p.m., the person was in the 4200 block of West Congress Parkway when she was struck by a red SUV that fled north on Kildare Avenue, Chicago police said.
Just after 10 p.m., the man, 42, was driving in the 4500 block of South Pulaski Road when he was shot in the back of the head, Chicago police said.
