Two people were wounded Saturday afternoon in a drive-by shooting in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side.

A 26-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man were inside a vehicle about 1:45 p.m. in the 1200 block of North Mozart when someone inside a dark-colored SUV fired shots into their vehicle, Chicago Police said.

The woman was struck in her mouth, and took herself to Norwegian American Hospital, police said. She was transferred to Stroger Hospital in serious condition.

The man was struck in the thigh and was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition.
