A 26-year-old man was shot Sunday evening in the Roseland neighborhood on the Far South Side.

He heard shots and felt pain at 5:54 p.m. in the 200 block of West 113th Street, according to Chicago Police.

The man was taken with a gunshot wound to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition stabilized, police said.
