A 25-year-old man was wounded in a shooting Sunday afternoon in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side.

He was shot in the buttocks at 3:32 p.m. in the 3200 block of West Hirsch, according to Chicago Police.

The man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition stabilized.
