A 22-year-old man was shot early Saturday in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side.

About 12:50 a.m., he was walking on a sidewalk in the 1200 block of North Campbell when he heard shots and felt pain, according to Chicago Police. He had been shot multiple times in his right arm.

The man was taken to Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center and then transferred to Stroger Hospital, where his condition stabilized, police said.
