Man shot on Near West Side

A 21-year-old man was shot Wednesday evening on the Near West Side.

About 9 p.m., he was in the front passenger seat of a vehicle traveling west in the 2100 block of West Van Buren when shots were fired, according to Chicago Police. He was shot in the left wrist.

He was listed in good condition at Rush University Medical Center, police said.
