A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle Wednesday night near the downtown Grant Park.

She was hit about 10:45 p.m. in the 1100 block of South Columbus, according to Chicago Police.

The female, whose exact age wasn’t known, was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where her condition stabilized, police said.

The driver was issued a traffic citation.
