A man was shot in the arm Thursday afternoon in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.
The 18-year-old was standing outside about 2:20 p.m. in the 3100 block of West Madison when someone shot at him from a dark-colored sedan, Chicago Police said.
He was struck in the right arm and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
