A 19-year-old man was shot Friday evening in the Grand Crossing neighborhood on the South Side.

He showed up at Jackson Park Hospital at 7:34 p.m. with a gunshot wound to his foot, Chicago Police said. The shooting happened in the 1300 block of East 76th Street.

The man was listed in good condition, police said.
