A 16-year-old boy was wounded in a shooting Saturday morning in the Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side.

Someone in a gray vehicle shot the boy in the arm and back at 11:32 a.m. in the 2500 block of West Flournoy, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition, police said.
