A missing persons alert for a 74-year-old Indiana man who had been missing since early Sunday has been canceled.

Philip Joe Renner was last seen about 3:30 a.m. on Sunday and is missing from Mishawaka, Indiana, according to a missing person alert from Indiana State Police. Mishawaka is just east of South Bend, Indiana.

On Monday afternoon, state police canceled the alert, but did not provide additional information. A representative for Mishawaka police was not available for comment.
