Three people were questioned after a 22-year-old woman was shot in her back Saturday afternoon in Park Manor neighborhood on the South Side, police said.

The woman was in a vehicle when she heard shots and felt pain at 2:42 p.m. in the 6900 block of South Anthony, according to Chicago police.

She was transported to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where she was in critical condition, police said.

Police originally reported that the shooting happened in the 7100 block of South Vernon.

Area Central detectives were investigating the shooting.
