A “high risk” 85-year-old woman with Alzheimer’s who went missing from the Avondale neighborhood on the North Side was found in a south suburban hospital.

Teresa Moreno was last seen Sunday near the area of West Belmont Avenue and North Kimball Avenue, according to a community alert from Chicago police.

Police canceled the alert Monday afternoon after she was located at MetroSouth Medical Center in south suburban Blue Island. Further details were nor provided.
