A man was wounded Thursday afternoon in a shooting near the former Cabrini Green housing projects on the Near North Side.

The 25-year-old was shot in both legs about 12:30 p.m. in the 800 block of North Cambridge, according to Chicago Police.

He showed up at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
