Two people were killed early Friday when the motorcycle they were riding on crashed into a semitrailer in the Archer Heights neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

At 1:16 a.m., a male was turning the truck east onto 41st Street from Pulaski when it was struck by the motorcycle, according to Chicago Police.

Jason Richard Kenealy, 22, and 20-year-old Lindsey Morgan were both pronounced dead at the scene, police and the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office said. They both lived in southwest suburban Plainfield.

Autopsies conducted Friday found Kenealy and Morgan died from injuries related to the crash, the medical examiner’s office said. Their deaths were found to be accidental.

No other injuries were reported, police said.

The CPD Major Accidents Investigation Unit was investigating the crash.
