Moon Alert

We have the “all clear” today to shop and do business. The Moon is in Libra.

Aries (March 21-April 19)

This has been a taxing week that continues today. (Have we offended the gods?) Once again, you must be patient dealing with parents, bosses and VIPs in order to avoid arguments and disputes. This applies to all signs. Only the details change.

Taurus (April 20-May 20)

Tomorrow the only Full Moon all year that is opposite your sign will take place. This is why you feel some tension building up today, especially when dealing with partners and close friends. Don’t get carried away about ideological differences.

Gemini (May 21-June 20)

Tomorrow the Full Moon is in Scorpio, which is an intense Full Moon. You might feel tension with romantic partners or kids or the cost of taking care of children, or the costs of a vacation or a social occasion. Put things in perspective. Don’t get carried away.

Cancer (June 21-July 22)

Be patient with family members today, especially female family members. Do not be demanding. However, do not let others walk all over you! Patience is the key to maintaining harmony today. And of course, patience is the antidote to anger. Do what you can to keep the peace at home.

Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)

Strive to be calm in your daily dealings with close contacts, siblings and neighbors so that you can avoid disputes and arguments. You will encounter someone who is looking for a fight. This aggressive energy is out there today, especially because tomorrow is the Full Moon in Scorpio. Oh yeah.

Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

Don’t get hung up on financial disputes, especially regarding vacations, social outings or sports events. Romantic disputes about shared expenses might also arise but it’s best to be low-key because tomorrow is the Full Moon and people are on edge. Practice patience.

Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

The Moon is still in your sign today, however, it is at odds with Mars and Pluto! (We’re not whistling Dixie!) Avoid domestic disputes, especially with a female family member. Don’t insist on getting your own way or being right. Lighten up and others will follow suit. Be the peacemaker.

Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

You might feel all kinds of emotions and feelings building up within you today, which in turn makes you argumentative with others. What is really happening is tomorrow will be the Full Moon in your sign and this is the only Full Moon in Scorpio all year. Stay mellow.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

You might find yourself at odds with a friend or a group about money, finances or possessions. This is always a drag. It so much nicer to get along, isn’t it? Tomorrow is the Full Moon and problems always intensify before the Full Moon. Fortunately, they diminish afterward. Whew!

Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

Relations with bosses and parents are challenging today. Hopefully, you read this in the morning so you can sidestep difficulties, especially because whatever you do will be noticed! No one wants a public argument in an elevator — especially you. Be cool.

Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

People are argumentative and restless today as tension builds up before tomorrow’s Full Moon. Therefore, avoid arguments about sensitive subjects like religion, race or politics. This goes without question. Don’t even go there. Avoid all arguments because who needs this?

Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)

Disputes about shared property and inheritances might still be in the picture for you. It’s true. You never really know anyone until you have to share an inheritance with them. Conduct yourself so that you have self-respect and a warm feeling in your tummy.

If Your Birthday Is Today

Actress Penelope Cruz (1974) shares your birthday today. You are reserved, even secretive, but you do like adventure. You love to explore ideas and new places. This year is time to get a better understanding of who you are. Explore meditation, yoga or other disciplines. This is a year of teaching and learning. What you learn this year will be crucial for your progress and success next year.
