Four men were wounded Sunday in shootings throughout Chicago.
The most recent reported shooting happened Sunday night in the Gage Park neighborhood on the Southwest Side. About 11:05 p.m., a 24-year-old man was in the 5600 block of South Campbell Avenue when a dark-colored vehicle drove by and someone inside opened fire, striking him in the leg, according to Chicago Police. He was was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition stabilized.
On Sunday morning, a 72-year-old man was wounded in another Gage Park neighborhood shooting. The man was sitting in his car about 5:30 a.m. in the 3000 block of West 52nd Street when someone walked up and fired shots, striking him in his shoulder, police said. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition.

Minutes earlier, a man was shot in the North Side Uptown neighborhood. About 5:10 p.m., the 25-year-old was in the 1200 block of West Wilson Avenue when he heard gunfire and realized he’d been shot in his buttocks, police said. He was taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center in good condition.
Hours earlier, a man was wounded in a shooting at a house party in the West Side Humboldt Park neighborhood. The 18-year-old was at the party about 2:30 a.m. in the 4200 block of West Chicago Avenue when someone started shooting, police said. While the man was trying to run away, he was shot in the foot. He showed up at Stroger Hospital, where he was listed in good condition.
