A man with brain cancer who went missing early Friday from the Calumet Heights neighborhood on the South Side has been found.

Derek Upton was last seen about 3 a.m. in the 8700 block of South Luella, according to Chicago Police.

He has since been located and reunited with his family, police said Friday afternoon. Further details were not provided.
