A man was wounded Sunday afternoon in a West Pullman neighborhood shooting on the Far South Side.

The 23-year-old was shot at 2:27 p.m. while driving in the first block of West 124th Street, Chicago Police said.

He showed up at Roseland Hospital, where his condition stabilized.

Chicago police say the 20-year-old man suffered cuts to his head in the first block of West 69th Street. He was hospitalized in critical condition.
