A woman with a mental disability who was reported missing from the Logan Square neighborhood on the Northwest Side has returned home, according to Chicago Police.

Desiree Rivas, 22, had been missing since Friday from the 3400 block of West Lyndale. She returned home Saturday evening, police said.
