An argument in the Back of the Yards neighborhood ended violently early Saturday when someone allegedly drove into a crowd, injuring two people.

Following an argument, a man crashed a blue minivan into a group of people about 12:45 a.m. in the 4500 block of South Morgan, according to Chicago Police.

A 26-year-old woman and a 20-year-old man were both taken to Stroger Hospital, where the woman was listed in critical condition and the man’s condition stabilized, police said.

The minivan’s driver was arrested after the crash, which police said may have been alcohol-related. He was later released without being charged.
