A 16-year-old girl who had been reported missing from the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the Northwest Side has been found.

Genesis Ricketts had been missing since Aug. 27 from the 1000 block of North Drake Avenue, Chicago police said.

Police on Wednesday announced that she had been located.
