A teenager was wounded early Sunday in a shooting in the Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

About 2:50 a.m., the 14-year-old was in the 200 block of South Pulaski Road when he heard gunfire and felt pain, Chicago Police said.

He was shot in his leg and was taken in good condition to Stroger Hospital, according to police.

Area North detectives were investigating.
