A man was wounded by gunfire Friday night in the South Austinneighborhood on the NorthwestSide.

At 10:57 p.m., the 39-year-old was walking underneath the Green Line tracks near the CTA’s Laramie L stop inthe 5200block of WestLake when he heard shots and felt pain, according to Chicago police.

After realizing a bullet grazed his right leg, he walked intoWest Suburban Hospitalin Oak Park, police said. He was in good condition.

Police previously reported the shooting’slocation as the 1500 block of South Harding in the West Side Lawndale neighborhood.

Area North detectives were investigating.

The man, 21, was found with gunshot wounds to his back and left shoulder in the 9600 block of South Princeton Avenue about 11:35 p.m., police said.
The man, 45, was found by officers with multiple gunshot wounds in the 10700 block of South Champlain Avenue.
