A man who was missing from the West Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side has been found.

Jose Velez, 60, left his home Saturday in the 300 block of North Kostner and had not been seen since. He suffers from Alzheimer’s disease may not have been able to find his way home, police said.

Velez was located Sunday evening, police said.
