A 69-year-old woman who had been missing from the Woodlawn neighborhood on the South Side for nearly seven weeks has been located.

Tessie “J” Badie was last seen on Nov. 24 in the 6200 block of South Saint Lawrence Avenue, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police.

Police canceled the alert Thursday, stating that Badie was found. Further details were not provided.
