Police are looking for a 16-year-old girl who is missing from the Belmont Cragin neighborhood on the Northwest Side.

Daniela Vasquez was reported missing from the area near West Diversey and North Central avenues. She was last seen Monday, according to Chicago police.

Vasquez is described as a 5-foot Hispanic girl, weighing about 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Area North Special Victims Unit detectives (312) 744-8266.
