Missing man last seen in McKinley Park located

A man who was reported missing from McKinley Park on the South Side has been found.

Cesar Terrazas, 28, was last seen about 4:30 a.m. Wednesday near the Dunkin’ at 3256 S. Ashland Ave., according to a missing person alert from Chicago police.

Police canceled the alert Wednesday afternoon, stating that Terraza was located. Further details were not provided.
