A woman was killed in a crash Wednesday in south suburban Markham.

The 46-year-old was involved in a collision about 11:45 p.m. at 167th Street and Pulaski Road, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

She was pronounced dead at 12:27 a.m. Thursday, the medical examiner’s office said. An autopsy determined she died as a result of blunt trauma from a motor vehicle collision.

Her death was ruled an accident, the medical examiner’s office said. She lived in Country Club Hills.

Markham police did not immediately respond to a request for additional information.
