A man was shot and killed inside of a home Sunday in south suburban Glenwood.

About 5:30 p.m., Cleonte Henderson was shot during an altercation inside of a residence in the 300 block of Longwood Drive, Glenwood police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office said.

Henderson was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he later died, authorities said.

An autopsy found he died as a result of multiple gunshot wounds, and his death was ruled a homicide, authorities said. He lived in Glenwood.

Glenwood police and the South Suburban Major Crimes Task Force are investigating.
