A man was reported missing from Hanson Park on the Northwest Side.

Matthew Kovac, 51, was last seen about 2 p.m. Sept. 29 and is missing from the 2100 block of North Long Avenue, Chicago police said. 

Kovac is 5-foot-4, 125 pounds and has blue eyes. He has identification on him, police said.

He is believed to be wearing blue jeans, a T-shirt, a light green or blue jacket and dark shoes, police said. He has short brown hair and was clean shaven when he was last seen.

Anyone with information of his whereabouts is asked to call Area North detectives at 312-744-8266.
