Man, 34, missing from Kilbourn Park found safe

A 34-year-old man who was reported missing from Kilbourn Park on the Northwest Side has been located.

Jorge Avila had last been seen Nov. 7 in the 4000 block of West Barry Avenue, according to a missing persons alert from Chicago police.

Police canceled the alert Thursday evening, saying Avila had been found safe but did not provide additional information.
